WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if :
- The item(s) received is not the item ordered at the time of delivery.
- The product/s must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE RETURN?
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to email@example.com. At PF, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis.
- Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us & also the shipping charges will be added when we ship the item back to you.
WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?
- We aim to process all returns with 3-7 working days of receipt.
- During busy sale events please allow up to 10 working days for your return to be processed.
DO YOU OFFER REFUND?
- Yes we offer 90% refund to our customers.
- In the case of refund shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
- As soon as we receive the product back from you, refund will be cleared within 3 working days.
- Product must not be damaged, broken or used in any form. If so, refund will not be cleared and product will be sent back to you.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
- Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
- The product is damaged because of use.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- The product was tampered with.
